1. Male, maximum age 35 years

2. STM graduate or equivalent

3. Have a Welder Certificate / certificate according to their expertise

4. Pass the interview and welding test with the owner

5. Likes to work hard, smart and work without supervision

6. Quick adaptability in practice and work environment with high standards.
